Min 1-5 (35 sec) grip holds (2-15# dbs)
Min 1-5 (20 sec) roll out holds
Min 1-5 (4) bar pullups
(4) 5x5 elbow pullups w/knee raises / (5) superman pushups
Min 1-5 door jam OH presses (hold at top until next rep)
