Down time between surgery and now a bad cold is really putting a dent in my workouts.
Tricked my body into a workout by taking it slow and easy.
10 rds: 5- thrusters,2- 26#kbs/ 5- sitting ring pullups.
5 rds: 5 thrusters, 2-36# kbs and 22#vest/ 5 ring pullups.
