Warm up 100 yard bear crawl @ 2:15
Min 1-5 (35 sec)gip hold (2-15# dbs)
3x10 knees to elbows (rings)
30-Russian twists (15#)
30-Dead lifts, from full squat (2-25#dbs)
30-renegade (ladder) pulls, feet on floor.
