Min 1-5 (35sec) grip hold (2-15# dbs
1-min L/R OH hold (20k)
4 sets 5x5 elbow pullups / goblet squats (16k)  Last 5 x5 (20k)
Min 1-5 (20 sec) bar hold
  5x 5 (4 pullups) / 5- dead lift w/ hi pull (52# curl bar)
