08/06/13 Workout with Trey

6 rds: 5-divebomber pushups/ 5 yard bear crawl / 5 burpees / return bear crawl
3 rds: 10 rapid pushups/ 22 yard sprint
4 rds: Sprint from prone positon (lay on back)
Finish w/ 10 pullups.
