Dumbell Complex warmup.
5 rds: 5 pullups/ 10 pushups / 15 squats.
5 rds: 5 thrusters / 5 pullups- 2(36# kbs).
100ft farmers walk (2-36#) rack position
100ft farmers walk ((2-36#) overhead
5 swings/hi-pull/ snatch R/L
5 swings / hi-pull/ snatch - 2-26# kbs
25 R /L elbow to knee situps.
