Horizontal Power Circuit W/ Tire sled:
Course; 150 ft one way.
Run up
Return Backwards
Bear Crawl up.
Tire Push back.
Tire Toss up.
Tire Throw back.

40 lunge walks, 36# KB
Sitting ohp. 2- 36# KB 10 + 3x5
