No Workout Today

Digging a trench looking for broken wires, 4 .5 hours @ 95 degrees +.

It's mind boggling how sore my glutes and quads are after yesterday's workout. You would think after all the squats I do would've helped, but nada. My wife laughs when I go up and down steps and I'm hollering ow!, ow!, ow!.

Fast squats are like a whole different exercise from regular squats, aren't they?

After my race Sunday, I'm gonna try your jump rope/squat workout -- thanks again for the suggestion!
