Karate Ketllebell Workout

This is one of the exercises I do to avoid monotony. The karate moves are:
90 degree stance,(shiko dachi).
Right Reverse Punch
Right Rear elbow smash
Right Reverse Punch
Right Backfist. / Repeat other side.

With KB:
Rt punch
Rt Hi pull
Rt Snatch
Windmill
Drop to lunge position and overhead press.
stand and figure 8 to other side and repeat.

Rounds in 20 minutes

1 round = 5 pullups
5 Dips, ring or chairs
KB routine.
