Min- 1-10-  5- burpees w/1 pullup
Min 11-20 -14 yard bear crawls
Min 21-30 - 20 Jumping Jacks
Min 31-35 - 5- inverted rows (ladder)
Min 36-40 - 5- pushups (ladder straps)
