4rds: 5-divebomber pushups / 15 ft bear crawl / 5-burpees /return bear crawl
2 rds: 5 -divebomber pushups / 15 ft forward ape / 5 burpees / return rev. ape.
2 rds: 5-divebombers pushups / 15 ft forward crab / 5 burpees / return rev. crab.
2 rds: 5-divebomber pushups / 15ft bear crawl/ 5 burpees / return bear crawl.
finish with 15 kip pullups.
