5 rds: 5- leg raise then pullup / 10 R/L swings(20K) / 5-SUJU slams / 10-6 ladder (snatch & C&P 16k)
5 x 2 -5 divebomber pushups / 15 ft bear crawl / 5 burpees /return bear crawl
