5 rds: 5-burpees  w/ohp (2-25# dbs) / 5 pullups. @ 4:28
5 rds: 50 jump ropes / drop to pushup then explode to 14 yard sprint / walk back
2 rds: 5 dive bombers / 15 ft bear crawl / 5 burpees / return bear crawl
