Favorite Pattern: ladder 10-6.
6 pullups / 10 R/L swings(16k) / 5-SUJU slams / 10-6 ladder snatch & C&P
5 rds: 100 jump ropes /10 platform jumps(18") / 25 explosive pushups
finish w/ 2 rds: 5 divebomber pushups/15 ft bear crawl / 5 burpees /return bear crawl
  10 pullups.
