15-1 Burpee ladder @ 12 minutes.  dbl digets @ 30 sec rest, single digits @ 15 sec rest.
finish with 2 rds: 5-divebomber pushups /15 ft bear crawl /5 burpees / return bear crawl.
10- pullups.
