Rope work: 1 minute each
pistol grip/circles/hammer fist/pistol grip
kb rope pull 26#--5

Burpee conditioning: 2 rds.
5- reg burpees
5-jump tuck burpees
5-long jump burpee
5 - 180 degree turn burpee
