You know, Dom, you inspire me in a lot of ways. One of which is the simplicity of what you do. Brutal, but simple and effective. Serves as a nice reminder.

The trick is when I don't feel like working out I'll turn on my XM radio with some good ole rock and roll, pick a light weight,(26# kbs) and do a 100 reps (20 sets of 5), and fully recover after each set. This way my body and mind doesn't fight me and yet I got a hundred reps in.

After that I find I'm sweating and I want to do a 100 more of something.
