I just saw this a couple of days ago on a cable TV channel called Ovation. They program performing arts like the group Stomp, or Tap Dogs etc. There was a dance group whose name I couldn't get. They did some great routines that I thought would be an awesome body weight exercise.
1-Bent Over Squat Jump. (That's what I'm calling it).
Squat down and bend over and put your hands on the floor in front of your toes. While keeping the head and the upper body down in the same bent over position leap up like in a burpee and return to start position. Do not straighten up when you leap. You should feel this impacting the abs. I got to ten and had to stop before the abs started to cramp. So I decided to do 10 sets of 10 as part of my warm up. I tried a 10 x 10 with 2 - 15 # dbs but you have to be careful how it affects your lower back.
2-Bent over Burpees. (That's what I'm calling it also). Hopefully I can explain this.
The begining is like a burpee. Squat down, hands on floor, throw the feet back. (Here's the change), When you throw the feet back, the hips drop down the head tilts up and the chest out. This would look the same as the end of a Hindu Pushup. It's like a yoga stretch.
On returning, bring the feet back under you, hands still on the floor. You are now in the bent over squat position. Then do the Bent over Squat Jump. There is no pushup in this routine.
I ladderd 10 -1. It took 3:42. It was a good cardio routine.
