50 ab-strap pullups

5 rounds
5-pullups( feet on rafter)
5 R / 5L T-pushups. 2-25# dbs

10 x 6 thrusters. 2- 36# kbs.

Hey Atom -- Just a quick note to say 3 things:

1. I do NOT feed my kids only tofu and beans. :) They get plenty of processed junk, although they'll tell you there's always room for more sugary foods!

2. Your comment on my video from several weeks back was one of the nicest things anyone has EVER said to me -- THANK you!
