15 minutes: 3- burpees w/ side flies & curls (2-15# dbs) per minute. = 45 burpees
Min 1-5 (3) burpees w/ 1-2 punch (2-15# dbs) . 15 burpees
Min 1-5 (3) burpees w/1-2 upper cuts,  (2-15# dbs)   15 burpees
Total 75 burpees

Min 1-5 (5) sitting chin ups per minute
Min 1 -5 (3) dips (from sitting)
