Saturday 06/13/20 Workout

5x 5- chin-ups. R/chinup /L pullup hand position
5 x 5 "T" pushups (knees) w/ 7 sec hold
5-R/L prone presses (16k)
5- R/L bent rows 24k
15 min tanning. w/20 sec finger hold per minunte. (2- 10 # dbs)
16 up/16 back L/R curls walking
