June 19 2020 Workout

40 yard frog leap tire push (50)
Per minute:(tanning)-(4) burpees w/ tire, inner grip, slam 16" tire.  15 minutes = 60 reps
Driveway walk 16 up side flys, and back 2-10# dbs  = 32 reps
Driveway walk 16 up side & out flys,and 16 back 32 reps
10 minutes Sitting grip hold out 15 sec 2-10# dbs 15 seconds x15
10 minutes Sitting 3- curls-OHP-Tricep in 15 sec per minute
