5 x chin ups, sitting 7 rung. / 5- dips, (chairs) / 3- burpees w/high pull , (2-12k)

11 minutes- 15 second, finger grip hold w/ side fly hold (2-10# dbs) per minute

16 R/L curls walking / 14- side flys _2-10# dbs)
