05/05/20 Strenght Workout

Min -1-15- 5 burpees==75
Rifle- 7# db w/ band R/L 30 sec  holds
5x5  "T" pushups (knees).
5x3 rolling deck squat w/ 25# slam ball
5x 5 elbow pullups
2x 5 R/L bent rows 24K bell
2- Garage door Angel motion.
