92 yard bear crawl.
On minute: 1- chin-up every 15 sec.  5 minutes = 25
On minute: 15 second finger hold. 5  minutes. 2-15# dbs
On minute: inverted curls. (platform)   2- 15# dbs
On minute:  3 roll outs.  5 minutes.
