On minute: 5x5 roll to stand-up (10# db)  5 minutes
On minute: 10 sec. finger holds( 2-15# dbs) 5 minutes
On minute: 15 sec           ""                ""          5 minutes
On minute 5 minutes: 1- chin-up every 15 seconds. = 25
