From JHashey: 3 rds:
10 sec pullup hold- 10 sec alt bent rows - 10 sec pullup hold - 10 sec alt. OHP. 2 times.
1 minute rest. Repeat for 3 to 5 rds:
I used 2 (16k) bells. 10 seconds is about 12 R/L reps.
