3 x 5 situp getups- 2-12k kbs
5 rollouts
Fatburner 30/03: 18 knee to elbows
16 sit thru's
16 rollouts
8 burpees
23 squats
15 Jumping pullups
15 hanging knees to elbows
Note: equals 111 reps compared to the 70 reps doing the 10 reps per.
