55 burpees @ 3:21
Max tactical pullups: 10 8-7-7
Split Squats w/blue band: 2 x 10 R/L

Superhuman? Glad you didn't see me lying on the floor dry heaving for air.

Thursday was the 3rd time non-stop.
I slowed the moves down some and concentrated on not letting my breathing lose control.
