10/03/09 Workout

55 burpees @ 3:11 New PR!!!!! HOOOORAAA!
Tactical pullups 5- 4 rung ladders. Last 2 sets 4th pullup weak.
6rds: 5 dbl swings/ 5 cleans / 5 ohp / 6 squats. ( 2-26# kbs)
