11-Water bottle Workout: 3- burpees w/ curls-OHP (2-15# dbs) 10:41-62 
      33 burpees w/ 33 curls-33 OHP
      11 x 6 stair lunge climbs.

Min 1-5- 30 sec curl hold / 30 sec squat hold (2-15# dbs)

5x5- prone:  press / Over head Tricep curls. (2-15# dbs)
