Min 1-10 -(8) burpees /Min 11-15 (7) // Min 15-20 (6) // Min 20-25 (5) = 170 burpees
Min 1-5 (35sec) finger  hold (2-15 dbs)
Min 1-5 (20 sec) roll out holds
5- superman pushups.
