08/26/14 Workout

100 Yard bear crawl w/ 1- burpee every 5 yards. (5 yard x 5 yard area)
On the minute - 5 minutes: alt 5-R/L side over side, (20k), sitting position
On the minute - 5 minutes: 3-R/L snatchs (20k)
5 rds:  5- R/L roll to sprints.
Finish: 168 yard suicide @ 52.7 seconds.
