10 x 2 rds: 5-divebomber pushups / 7 yard bear crawl / 5 burpees / return bear crawl
3 rds: L/R roll to slow sprint (40 yards)/ return 22 yard var leg workouts
Finish 10 pullups.
5 minute test of 20 minute w/o Funkmma.. on each minute:
Minute 1- 8-R/L snatchs (16k)
Minute 2 -8- 2H swings
etc.Will try 10 minute and work up to 20 minutes.
