10/18/12 Workout

100 yards course.  1-burpee every 5 yards bear crawl performed on 5 square yard course.
Time: 3:32
Total: 25 yards bear crawl / 25 yards right bear crawl / 25 yards reverse bear crawl /
          25 yards left bear crawl and 20 burpees.
5 rds: 50 jump ropes / 10 pushups
finish w/10 pullups.
