3 rds: 10 burpees / bear crawl 15 ft / return rev. bear crawl
2 rds: 10 burpees / forward crab / return rev. crab.
time 7 minutes.
10 rds; 1-R/L C&P (20k) / 1- 10 sec. hold at top of pullup
5 x 1 pullup w/10 sec. hold./ 20 skip ropes.
