Rd-2- R/L snatchs
Rd-3- R/L C&P
Rd-4- Ball slams (12#)
Pullups (neutral grip) 7-6-5-4-3-3

when you say 20 min tabata, does that mean five rds of 4 minutes, or 20 mins straight through with the :20-:10? looks crazy difficult, either way.
