15 minute burpees w/ curl/OHP 2-15# dbs each minute 3 each 15 x 3 = 45 buprees/45 curl/ohp 35 steps up and back curl holding 2-15# dbs and back. 5X R/L ROLLOUT TO UP 4X RT knee to left elbow/ LF to right elbow/ 4 setups / roll rt/left 70 drive way crawls
