Wednesday 9/5/19 Workout

5 sets: 5- burpees /  5- pullups, 2-assist bands / 30 sec squat hold, alt low squat/med-squat, 16k /
              /5- R/L floor bench press (16K) / 5- curls 15# dbs.

2- Same as above except 20 k bell and 20# dbs.
