Roller Coaster Complex:
5- sets  (6-reps each) (2-12k): dead lift / cleans / OHP / squats / bent rows / pushups
5-sets: 5- pullups / 5- burpees w/OHP(2-15# dbs)
1 minute L/R OH hold (16k)
1- minute full squat hold (16k)
