105 yard bear crawl @ 2:01
2-  1 minute color guard hold, (15# sledgehammer)
2 rounds:  5- floor presses, legs straight @ 45 angle, (2-12k)/
                  5-SUJU slams (25# ball)/
                  5- burpees /curl/OHP  (2-15#
                   60 ft  alt hammer swings( 15# hammer)
                    60 ft bear crawl.

2-superman push-ups
2- knee slap push-ups.
