04/09/17 Workout

3 rounds:  5- rolling deck squat w/ slam (25# slam ball)
                 5 - Burpees w/ curl/ OHP  (2-15# dbs)
                 60 feet lunge walks w/ L/R sledgehammer swings. (14#)
                 60 feet bear crawl.
