04/05/17 Workout

5- rds:  5- rolling deck squat w/ 25# ball slams.
              5- Burpees w/ curl/ OHP  (2-15# dbs)
             60 feet lunge walks w/ L/R alternating  14# sledgehammer swings (21 reps)
            60 feet bear crawl. (40 reps)
