min 11-20 5- alternating R/L twist lunges.
min 21-30 5- dbl curls (2-25# dbs)
Min 31-40 5- OHP (2-25 # dbs). Start w/ weights at chest level, elbows down. open arms then OHP.
40 yard bear crawl / return lunge walks (45)
