High KB swing(16k)
DB burpees (no jump)(2-25#)
Bicycles
squat-split-squat-split jump
alt. stagger plyo pushups
Rt side plank with db raise(15#)
Lf side plank w/db raise
plyo squat jump(touch floor)
side swings (2-15#)
Sit thru.
Finish with 10-1 ladder see-saw (2-25#)
