12/24/08 Workout

Just mess'n around, didn't feel like work'n out.

20- upside down ring pullups.
SUGU- 10 x 5 w/ 2- 26# kbs
SUGU- 5 x 5 w/ 2- 36# kbs and abmat. Abmat made it easier on my back.
