1-10 R/L swings (20k) - 5-burpees w/ohp(2-25#) - 3-pullups
2-10 R/L swings (20k) - 5-R/L "T" pushups(2-25#) - 3-pullups
3-10 R/L swings (20k) - 5-R/L see-saw(2-25#) - 3-pullups
4-10 R/L swings (20k) - 5-OH squats(2-12k) - 3-pullups
5-10 R/L swings (20k) - 5-R/L C&P(20k) - 3-pullups
6-10 R/L swings (20k) - 5-sump dead lifts(2-25#) - 3-pullups
7-10 R/L swings (20k) - 5-sitting OHP(2-16k) - 3-pullups
8-10 R/L swings (20k) - 5-R/L snatch(16k) - 3-pullups
9-10 R/L swings (20k) - 5-ballistic pushups - 3-pullups
