Dumbell complex
pullups-8-7-5-5-5
20 minute tabata swings. 20/10:
Rd1- 24kg - 8x14 - 2hands
Rd2-16kg- 4x14 R/L (had to go to 16kg due to weak grip)
Rd3- 24kg- 8 x14 - 2 hands
Rd4-16kg 4 x 14 R/L
