5 pullups / 10 pushups / 15 squats
swings- 36# kb-4 x 15 R/L and 1 x 20 R/L
swings- 24kg- 2-H 50

It was ok. Apparently it's an age thing. The jel behind the retina loses it's firmness with age and will pull at the retina.

I'm concentrating on reducing the strain while working out by not going against the clock. I'll do the same exercises but with a lot smoother motion. Thx for asking.
