also, side note. are you working that will williams pull up protocol? if so how's it working for you? i have been and i haven't tried a new max set yet BUT when i do my ladders my pull range has increased by easily 15%. now it isn't just my throat clearing the bar, i am almost to mid chest at the top of the pull up. VERY curious to see my new max rep set in about another week. just trying to be like you.
